$3000 sign-on Bonus--Paid over 6 months About us Apple Creek Health and Rehab is a beautiful 114 bed (all private rooms) facility and looking to add a dedicated and caring RN or LPN to our team.
Each Nurse has a MA-C to assist with passing medications and allow the nurse to better assess residents.
Weekly pay.
Qualify for insurance/benefits in 30 day or less.
Eligible for Holiday pay upon hire.
Our company is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse who is ready to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment and give optimal patient care.
The RN or LPN will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of their unit.
We're looking for an individual who is highly skilled in all aspects of nursing and understands our company's commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team.
Monitor and supervise CNA's and MA-C's.
Diligent assessment skills.
Passing medications.
Documentation.
Able to follow through when receiving orders from providers.
Able to communicate with family members.
Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse will work 12 hour shifts.
The schedule is a rotating schedule that gives the nurse a 3 day weekend off every other weekend.
