Entry Level Account Executive & Sales Representative
Independent Marketing Consultant
LA Marketing is one of the leading customer service marketing and advertising firm in northwest Arkansas. Some of the nation's leading telecommunications companies have hired us to increase consumer awareness and generate leads to build their customer base.
We have recently expanded and are looking to fill an entry level management trainee position. We are focusing on building our new division and are looking for the right people to lead in expanding and growing this division. The right candidate will be self-motivated, have natural leadership abilities, and be career-oriented.
Due to our firm's expansion, we are looking for a manager-in-training. This position is an entry level customer service based sales position. This position includes full training in financials, business marketing, advertising, pr, and hr. This position is responsible for implementing an already established marketing scheme as well as maintaining customer relationships with subscribers and other business professionals in the telecom, production, and non-profit industries.
The right candidate for this position will have customer service experience and will be both efficient and hard-working. The account manager is responsible for opening up new points of distribution and creating pull-through business. The candidate is required to learn and maintain the right sales techniques and to develop the ability to maintain a customer base. The candidate must also be able to follow through with commitments.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign development including coordination, analysis, and continual monitoring for progress
Customer Service & Marketing
Contribute to the growth and performance of the division
Train and develop new marketing professionals in sales
Stay on top of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objective of the client and adjusting plans accordingly
Manage and develop promotions and materials
No experience is necessary, training is provided for those candidates that qualify.
